Changelog Feature: Multiple language options

All users may now select the output language the new post should be written in (regardless of the language of the context sources) from a dropdown  “Output Language” field found in the Composer settings.  Language choices currently include: English (en-CA), English (en-UK), English (en-US), Espanyol (es), 简体中文 (zh-CN),繁體中文 (zh-TW). More languages coming soon…
